FDOT District One

Transportation Engineering & Design
AIM was contracted by FDOT District One to manage the widening of 3.219 miles of SR 82 from a two-lane highway to a four-lane divided roadway, with provisions for future expansion to six lanes. The project, which won the 2022 FTBA Best in Construction award for Community Awareness, includes bike lanes, a multi-use trail, sidewalks, and a roundabout at the SR 29 intersection.
