Meet the Practice Leader
With over 20 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and construction management, Jadon Hull, PE, CGC is a cornerstone of AIM’s construction leadership. As a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified General Contractor, Jadon brings a rare combination of technical engineering expertise and hands-on construction knowledge to each project he oversees.
As Principal and Executive Vice President of Construction, Jadon leads the firm’s construction management operations across Southwest Florida. His dual role includes serving as the Principal Project Manager on complex infrastructure and utility projects and the Senior PE on various Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) contracts. In addition, he plays a key role in the design phase of projects, providing constructability insights and quality control that help streamline construction and minimize costly field issues.
Beyond technical oversight, Jadon plays a pivotal role in AIM’s business development efforts, focusing on long-term client relationships and the pursuit of alternative delivery projects such as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build. He actively contributes to strategic planning, proposal development, and internal training efforts, ensuring that AIM’s construction staff maintains the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
CMAR PROJECTS
HANSON STREET EXTENSION, PHASE II, CMAR, FORT MYERS, FLORIDA – CITY OF FORT MYERS
Phase II of the Hanson Street Extension in Fort Myers, Florida, extended the existing roadway from west of Veronica S. Shoemaker Boulevard to Ortiz Avenue, enhancing east-west connectivity in the city. The project, completed in December 2020, included over two miles of new roadway construction, with two 11’ travel lanes in each direction separated by a median; construction of two modern roundabouts to improve traffic flow and safety at the Hanson Street intersections with Veronica S. Shoemaker Boulevard and Ortiz Avenue; over two miles of installation of sanitary sewer force mains and potable and reclaimed water mains; and the addition of 6’ sidewalks and 7’ bike lanes on each side of the roadway, to support the city's "Complete Streets" initiative, along with state-of-the-art LED street lighting. The total construction cost was approximately $19.8M.
BROOKS COMMUNITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS, CMAR, FORT MYERS, FLORIDA – LEE COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION
This project involved significant upgrades to enhance recreational facilities and accessibility to a 10-acre recreational park, located off US 41 (Cleveland Avenue) just south of Page Field Airport in Fort Myers, Florida. The scope included expansion and resurfacing of parking areas, additional park signage, new vinyl fence and automated gate, improved pedestrian pathways, the addition of a shaded structure over the park’s pickleball courts, installation of LED sports lighting, and construction of new restrooms and upgrades to existing restrooms to meet ADA standards. Additional improvements included stormwater management upgrades, landscaping, irrigation, and utility upgrades to support expanded park use. The enhancements aim to support the park’s significant usage, providing recreational opportunities in a safe, modernized environment. The project was completed in approximately six months with a construction cost of $1.6M.
